Beto Cuevas Collaborates With Sharon Stone For New Album.
Talk about bi-cultural! Beto Cuevas, former lead singer of the Chilean rock band La Ley and gringa actriz Sharon Stone wrote a song together…yes, you read that right! According to the Chilean publisher “La Tercera,” Sharon became a fan of La Ley after hearing their Unplugged special on MTV and was introduced to Beto through a mutual friend last year. Their song together, “Eterno”, was written in English but recorded by Cuevas in Spanish.
Apparently this is just one of the many collaborations we can expect on Beto’s next album, Transformación, which drops next month. From what I hear, he composed songs in both English and Spanish and will sing alongside other artistas including Leire Martínez and Oreja de Van Gogh (love them!).
Where are the Beto fans? Are you surprised by this collaboration?
No wonder Sharon became a fan after seeing La Ley’s MTV Unplugged!
