Festival Colombiano 2012 In Tamiami Park, Miami
Proof that Miami isn’t all about red carpet events and pool parties…but also celebrating the rich culturas of the people who live in the 305. This weekend at Tamiami Park, you can experience all-things Colombian at this celebration of independence with música, comida, and mucho más at the Festival Colombiano 2012! With some really cool artists like urban duo Alexis y Fido and one of my new faves J Alvarez. Need more info? I got you!

Cuanto: $30 for adults (includes access to IndepenDance Music Festival), $25 for Festival Colombia access only, $70 VIP (includes a bottle of aguardiente and “I Love Colombia” sunglasses)
While there is quite a long list of performers packed into Sunday, I’m most excited to see the reggaeton duo Alexis y Fido who are expected to come on around 7-8PM and J Alvarez 8-9PM (whether or not those are EST or LST, I do not know!).
