Grupo Treo Interview at Noches Latin Grammy
I’m starting to feel that the pre-Latin Grammy season is actually more fun then the Latin Grammys themselves!! It doesn’t hurt that in Miami, we are particularly spoiled with non-stop events and concerts like this one hosted by Heineken at La Covacha in Doral featuring one of the hottest up and coming grupos, Grupo Treo.
To celebrate being the official cerveza of the Latin Grammys, Heineken has been hosting “Noches Latin Grammy” events in South Florida. Earlier this month, I was able to interview Luis Enrique prior to his super suave salsa show (like how I did that?), and this past week I attended the second evento and was also able to interview Grupo Treo!
This Venezuelan grupo is all over the radio with their hit song “Mi Amor” and I was excited to get to talk to them about their international success. On top of that, they just released their new album “Pégate” and their newest single “Sin Miedo” has been working its way up the charts.
En fin, my evening at La Covacha was a success! It was great to chat with the trio, plus, they gave a great performance! What’s not to love? Check out the videos below, y por favor…subscribe to Las Gringas Blog on YouTube!
