This little gem of news we heard a couple weeks ago…but wanted to make sure you all knew about it! Nothing says “Oh My Miercoles” than Lindsey Lohan’s lawsuit against Pitbull finally getting thrown out by the judge! Pobrecita, this girl just can’t catch a break, but she should have know better to mess with Mr. Worldwide, verdad?!
For those who don’t know…the actress claimed Pitbull had no right to use her name in his song “Give Me Everything” when he sings: “I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan.” A New York federal judge ruled that the musician’s tune was protected as a work of art by first amendment rights.
