Romeo Santos Launching Lingerie Line
So, it appears that Romeo Santos is in the early planning stages of launching a lingerie line. Ok, so when I first read this headline…all I could say was: “Como? Porque? What does Romeo…a bachatero…have to do with women’s underwear. Oh….I see.”
So, here’s the scope: Santos broke the news of his up-in-coming lingerie line to CNN en Español last week. While, the line appears to be in the very early stages, he seems very excited about this new business venture…I’m imagining because of the photo shoots and fashion shows he will get to oversee:
“Algo chulo, que tenga el logo de Romeo.” Translation: “Something cool, that has the Romeo logo.”
Well, now that seems vague and uninspired…just kidding. I have high hopes that Santos will be able to funnel some music inspiration into some pretty cool fashion design. Maybe even he can take some cues from Wisin y Yandel’s recent successful launch of their clothing line, Los Lideres.
